Ultimate Photography Books

Somewhat of a huge subject I know, but we need a starting point I guess. I'd like to hear what you think is the best book on photography. It can be technical based or simply image based, it's what has inspired you to be the photographer you are. I'm hoping that there will be some repetition in our answers so I can compile a top ten list of what has influenced us.
