Teleconverter for DP2M?

Thank you for the reply! I'm glad to hear that you'd had success with this setup. I figured that since the DP2M has a significant resolution increase, than I could either shoot full resolution at 45mm or shoot telephoto with a teleconverter like the one you linked to and still retain previous DP2 resolution after cropping the periphery (which is still really all I need).

I'll give it a try, see what happens!
