Thanks everyone, for your information. Been doing a little more searching/ experimenting.

Anyhow, good advice Papillon about not exceeding 1/60th with OIS, so I've decided to keep OIS turned off and use IBIS instead. Except for movies, where OIS will really come in handy. Just preliminary but it's looking like movie/autofocus + auto-tracking is possible in the E-PL-1 with this 14-45 Lumix lens. Same should also be possible with the Lumix 45-200 lens with the same OIS switch on the barrel. This 45-200 was apparently designed as a movie lens for the GH1.

It's a bit of a stretch to say, but due to some problems with the Pana. m43 cameras, these lenses may actually serve Olympus cameras better.
