IoCell NetDisk Not Recognized on local Network

Recently purchased a NDAS Netdisk unit from IoCell. Installed provided software on one computer for testing. The USB connection works well but can not get the Ethernet connection for work. Put in a smart switch and attempted to connect also tried connecting directly from computer to Netdisk. IV6 is disabled on all computers. All printers and computers assigned fixed IPs. The IoCell software does show up under Interface properties.
