17-55mm Polarizing Filter Choices - Advice Needed

At 77mm polarizing filters are not cheap.

I'm looking for a polarizing filter for my Canon 17-55mm 2.8.

B&W offers about 8 choices on the B&H site ranging from $80 to $179 each.
