Both the K-5 and the K-30 are weather resistant (WR) so it may be prudent to match the bodies with a WR lens. The DA18-135 is a decent lens and is WR, while the others you've mentioned come in WR versions and non-WR versions. I believe the K-30 kit lenses are non-WR except for the kit that includes the 18-135. Were I buying one of these two, I'd opt for the K-5 because video isn't important to me. So I'd suggest looking at the specs of the two and going with whichever better meets your needs.
