Which M4/3 Camera With A 28-100mm equivalent lens with F1.8-4.9 Is Available Locked

Panasonic will release a 12-35 f/2.8 (Constant) this year... That is a 24-70mm f/2.8 constant f/stop in 35mm terms, price $1100-1500 maybe... well within price points of FF equals.

And a 35-100mm f/2.8 matching fast tele-zoom

so you can have 24-200mm f2.8 between the 2 lenses..
