Panorama Help Please

Anybody using Panorama Factory? Or maybe steer me to a forum> Anyway I just got ver 5.3 but have used PF previous ver over the years, don't recal any problems. Now in ver 5.3 I shot a series with my D800 I imprt in PF with images in correct order left to right. After processing the final image has the first image moved to the end A vertical tower is slanted. It does this repeatly. What gives? Never had aproblem in the old days with PF. Any suggestions?
