"the photos do not come out with some brands?" (off topic)

I am selling some little-used camera equipment (not Pentax), and one of the prospective buyers asked the question "the photos do not come out with some brands?" Huh?!?!

My answer was straightforward, followed by a lecture on camera settings, auto mode, focus and depth of field, and the difference between large sensor cameras and point and shoots. My response began:

"Yes, this is true - if one does not know how to use a camera properly, then the photos will not come out with any brand....

No wonder so there are so many refurbished DSLRs on the market. People buy them thinking all photos will just "come out", but when the photos don't "come out", they blame it on the brand or camera model and return it! Sheesh!
