Canon 60d AI Servo AF problem

I tried boosting my ss to 1/1000 - but still same issue: with high burst on I get first shot properly focused and most consequent ones out of focus.

After some testing I actually found that my camera body sporadically sets incorrect focus:

I switched to LV and using magnification manually focused the camera on a paper with text.

Then I made the camera to focus using AF by pressing shutter-release button half-way. Out of 10 tries the camera would make the text appear out of focus a couple of times or more.

I tried it with 2 different lenses with same result, so it does not appear to be lens issue.

So seems like I need to send my camera body to Canon for repair.
