Pre load Win 7 on SSD

Just ordered a new custom built laptop from powernotebooks.com. The notebook will come without and operating system and primary SSD. I ordered the SSD separately and received it yesterday, the note book will arrive next week.

Can I preload win 7 on the ssd? using my desktop or current notebook?
