Implications of RX100 for low end mirrorless

No doubt its sweet for a camera you can stuff in your pocket. But that 1600 ISO looks pretty bad for a camera that you think will replace cheap ILC's. I'm not saying that just because I'm being spoiled by my OM-D, I'm saying that because I think its 1600 ISO looks worse than my E-30.
