I dunno, think I'd file that one under "you get what you paid for." If you're going to trust your biggest and probably most expensive lens to a head, buy the good stuff. The Wimberly supports five times the weight of this thing. Better to have the load capacity, and not need it, than to need it, and not have it (which could be catastrophic).
