12-35X or G5?

What would you recommend me to buy first as upgrade, as it will take few months for me to save money for such expensive items?

1) LUMIX G VARIO 14-42 (older one) f3.5-5.6 -> LUMIX G X VARIO 12-35 f2.8 ... reasons of upgrade: high optical image quality and lower aperture for zoom lower-light shooting

2) GF-3 -> upcoming G5 (though the specs is not yet known, but can't be worse than G3) ... reasons of upgrade after months of GF3 usage: in-body stabilization, remote control, EVF for shooting in bright sunlight as GF3's LCD is not like Samsung's AMOLED
