Firmware Upgrade issue?

I have updated my X-Pro 1 with the 1.10 firmware upgrade. I wasn't sure whether to update the body only, or the body and the lens firmware. Body went fine, but when I tried to do the upgrade for the lens it said no upgrade available, switch off camera. I did. Now, when I switch the camera on there is a message saying 'Upgrade Lens Firmware', though it disappears when I dab the shutter.

I am guessing that I should have just upgraded the body and not tried to do the lens. Hopefully I have done nothing serious. Is there any way I can get rid of the 'lens upgrade' message that comes up everytime I power the camera on?
