Best tripod for D800

Anyone have any views on the best tripod for the D800. It now seems to be a critical issue for this camera what with warnings about mirror slap, very high pixels, etc., Perhaps the structure of the tripod is worthy of comment. (No centre column) Or, does live view and high shutter speed take care of everything? There is the theory, but I am more interested in an everyday practical sense For in studio use and for location photography, please.
