Newbie Question: LR4, CS6 or Elements?

Or a combination? I've been looking over the forum and still can't decide the best software to use. I have access to all three through my company and wanted to know which I should start using and learning to edit my photos. I don't want to start with one product and then realize I should have been using the other.

Background info: Just got my first DSLR last week (Nikon D7000). I am shooting landscape, portrait and my wild children for now. Probably shoot JPEG to start. This is my first time shooting a DSLR so I'm new to aperature, shutter speed, etc. I have very limited photo editing experience. I plan on using the programs tutorials to learn which product I choose.
