Nice shot. The first criteria for any food photo should always be "Does this photo make me want to eat that thing?" In this case, the answer is yes.

Re: the colour balance - maybe it's being served by candlelight?

Off topic, but still relevant to the 'first criteria'. Assuming this is a sweet dessert, why does it have parsley as a garnish? For sweets, mint should be the 'go-to' green. Maybe I'm wrong and it's a savoury pastry, or that isn't parsley. If I'm right, it could be an image-killer.
