Quick Release straps

I am interested in buying a quick release strap to use with the eye hooks on the d90.

I also use a Black Rapid strap for when i go hiking or something like that. So i would like to be able to take the standard strap off quickly.

Any out there you recommend? I want something reliable...certainly don't want to them camera to drop when using this strap.

I am also considering maybe just a hand strap as i rarely put the camera around my neck. What are your thoughts on this? Any quick release for this type?
