New D800 - Has Left AF Problem

Picked up a new D800 a few days ago, serial #302xxxx, and in testing with both a 50/1.4 and 14-24/2.8, I can verify that the Left AF problem exists and is prominent.

The store I bought from said the camera had arrived that day, so I can only assume that Nikon is still producing bad AF cameras.

And in reading through Ming's blog comments and threads here on dpreview, it is evident that Nikon does NOT have an official and 100% successful fix in place.

Sad to see.
