A friend of mine was willing to pay to upgrade to CS4 from CS3 by buying it electronically from the US (he's in the UK). But the US Adobe Store wouldn't let him so directed him to the UK store, where it was £70 more expensive.
He was so disgusted that he got it from the really cheap place mentioned earlier
