UPDATE - I did just a few first processing run-throughs in LR4.1
In reply to RoelHendrickx, Jul 10, 2012

By now, I am in the process of selection of my images (yes, I am slow, but there was a lot of OTHER (real) work waiting for me upon my return...)

I must say the files seem to look very good.

It is hard to make direct comparison with my E-5 files, because I processed those always in LR3, while I am using LR4 on the E-M5 files. The difference in the processing software and raw developer (and the different routines for highlights and black levels) make it hard to really judge.

All I can say is that at ISO3200, I am getting quite usable images. There is a hint of noise, but quite manageable

I had set ISO3200 as my Auto ISO limit ( thank you, John ), so I have quite a few of those in low light situations and with the slower lenses.

With my E-5, I only went to ISO 3200 in dire straits and tried to keep ISO below 1250.
