Car parks and buildings that use reinforced concrete have a lot of metal inside - that can create a "faraday cage" effect that really kills the RF radio used by most triggers. Pocket Wizards may have a bit more power than the Younoguo triggers but they will still suffer. I'd consider renting (or borrowing) a set before buying to see if fixed the problem.

If you can get "line of sight" to your trigger it shouldn't be a problem but triggering through walls and floors can be an issue.

Cables are a pain but sometimes they are the only solution...
