I think the em-5 is going to surprise you especially at high ISO. The em-5 will easily beat the K20 (which is the camera I own) and will get very close to the K-01 and K30 (within 1/2 stop). If you find this hard to believe, I urge you to look at the RAW image quality comparisons in the EM-5 review on dpreview and compare it with the K-01, NEX7, and D7000. You will find the EM5 compares well with this group.

That remains to be seen. DXO hasn't tested it yet. I expect the EM-5 to match the best of m4/3, i.e. about equal to the K20D, a stop lower ISO, two stops lower DR compared to K-5.
