Doesn't change the fact that free-riding isn't a commendable practice. It isn't stealing though.

I cannot believe that you do not believe this is stealing. if somebody establishes a price for you to access something they own, and you take it without paying that price, that is stealing. Period. If you don't like that price, then walk away.
