Suggestions please legacy telephoto lens

Hi, I want to get a telephoto lens zoom or prime up to 200mm (or more) for use on the OMD.
I am discounting all AF variations from OLY or Panasonic.
I am open to all makes the only thing that matters is quality.
Any suggestions as to what to look for would be appreciated.
