EOS Utility won't recognize 5DIII

The EOS Utility is the version that came with my 5DIII.

At some point I suppose I should uninstall it and reinstall from the disc. First, however, I thought I would find out if others experienced the problem and knew of a solution, e.g., it's a 64-bit issue.
