EOS Utility won't recognize 5DIII

I moved to a new computer with W7 64-bit and installed the Canon software that came with my 5DIII. It all works; however, until my 32-bit machine, EOS now fails to recognize my 5DIII.

I am able to use Windows to download, delete, etc.; but so far I haven't been able to figure out the problem with EOS Utility.

Any thoughts? Thanks.
