Thom Hogan's E-book for D800/D800E

Well, it's out as of yesterday, and as usual, I'm an early adopter. I really dislike reading large PDF files. I put it on my Kindle Fire and while it is convenient that way, it lacks bookmarking capabilities such as the native Kindle books have. If only Thom would distribute it as a Kindle book, although I know it would be a loss of revenue and control for him that way. OTOH, sales might improve as Amazon remains one of the largest e-book retailers. What say you, Thom?
