Yes, I've contacted the Adorama customer service (phone email). Nobody picks up on Saturdays due to celebrating jewish sabbath day when nobody's allowed to do anything but resting.
I hope to be more lucky on coming Monday.

Will return the whole thing back to Adorama. don't want any exchange or replacements.

IMO what happened was not just mistake made by Adorama.

I heard from some members of this forum that Adorama sometimes resells the customer return items. They repack them and sell as new ones. That's exactly what happened in my case. The cleaning tool was open box and the cover was ripped off.

Of course , I can call Adorama and request the return replacement but this is not what makes me upset . I just want to know how come that Adorama sent me wrong second hand item in the first place. Did they really expect me "swallow" this $hit?
