9 shot blend vs single exposure..

I ran a batch process on all my interiors from a shoot today and then tried matching one from the bracketed series with the result from Photomatix. Strange how I must have compressed all that extra DR in an effort to make it look like my eyes saw it.. or something

I hope I'm nearing the end of my use of Photomatix. I'll still use it until I can afford another flash or two.

D700 and Sigma 12-24. SB600 camera left and right fired by CLS using pop up. Flash and shutter speed 9 shot bracket at one stop increments. One's a 9 shot blend and the other's a single shot. Both finished in LR3
