Sony A88/A99 Live Frame Grab feature

So I'm reading on alpharumors that the upcoming FF camera(s) will have the ability to capture both video and stills at the same time.

I know this can be done on the D4 but it's limited and only at 1920x1080 jpg.

Does anyone wiser than me know if SLT will be able to do this better? So any speculation as to if Sony may be able to do simultaneous RAW & movie? Or maybe even just a much higher res photo? (eg. 8MP)

Because if Sony could pull something like that off, I can see lots of new uses and it could be the killer feature which pulls in experienced pros like wedding photographers who are offering both video & photos. Or am I getting a bit carried away dreaming?
