5D MK3 battery problem

I've been getting this with a generic battery in my 5D3. The company has been extremely proactive, but the 2nd battery still has the issue.
Fully charged;
1. It won't restart from sleep.

2. Turn off with switch and turn back on camera gives a blinking battery indicator.
3. Blinking battery indicator when waking from sleep.
Remove and reinsert the battery, the battery will indicate fully charged.

No problem with Canon battery.
