Olympus 75mm f1.8 discontinued? Info from JR.com customer service

I just received an odd call from JR.com on the Olympus 75mm f1.8 that I had placed a preorder from. The customer service rep (Giselle) said it was distoninued though I reassured her that the lens is active.

Odd. Anyone else receive such a call?
