Looking for a small CCD-based camera that can shoot 1080p30 video.

Most CCD-based cameras don't support Full HD video, but models like Panasonic LX5, Canon G12, Olympus XZ-1 and Nikon P7100 do 720p with CCD-sensors.

The only camera I've ever seen with Full HD video and CCD-sensor is one of last years Panasonic superzoom model, the Panasonic FZ48

It does 1080i60 which should be equivalent to 30p with CCD, unless it's a typo. Not so small though, but there might be other Panasonic models with the same sensor.
