Odd photo colouration of RAW photo

Yes. I sometimes (but rarely) get these. I usually delete it from my hard disk and re-copy the photo from the card to my hard drive. Seems to work pretty good. So I assume this happens due to pixel data getting screwed up during the transfer from card to hard disk.
