5D lll wedding with high ISO

Owners of this camera (how I envy you ! )...Is the very low noise reputation true ? If you had to do an event like a wedding, could a high ISO like 3200 be used a lot with the expectation of turning an album over to the couple ? And would you be worried that some of the pictures might seem amateurish because of a lack of smoothness due to high ISO related issues ?
