Einsteins vs Westcott Spiderlite TD5 or TD6

What do you guys think about the Einsteins vs Westcott Spiderlites.Quick note...I am new to Studio Flash Photography.

It seems like the pros of Spiderlites much more than Einstein.

You can see what you are shooting
Daylight balanced
Price about same, may b ea little more
Can be used for video

What am I missing here? Where is the Einstein going to be more advantageous? Scott Kellby swears by the Spiderlites...
