How print with epson 4900 - HELP :()

Help to me I use 4 years HP b9180 and now I am stupid I buy today Epson 4900. Put the rol of paper 43,2 cmx30,5m and now I have problem I wont print from Photoshop. Example - I have 8 pictures( sice is 3,6x5,4 cm .How too do this? I can made empty layer 43,2 cm width too 4 cm ? No i can't ? The smallest print size what I can choose is 127 mm ? WTF? please help me. I read manual but nothing find Then Pronter print that 8 pictures and cut lot of white paper
