Olympus OM-D legacy lenses, do I set focal length to the lens or equiv?

Just got a Fujinon 55mm F2.2 for a bit of portrait action with bokehlicious results, I understand I need to set the focal length manually via the IS settings, but do I set the number to what the lens is (55mm) or to what the lens + sensor is (110mm)?
