Does my D800 have left AF problem?

I just got my D800 last week. I did a quick AF test, using tripod, with flash. The lens used is 50mm F1.8G. My camera on tripod was not moved, I moved the objects.

Pics set A: S200/F5/ISO400/50mm
Pics set B: S200/F1.8/ISO400/50mm

It looks like at widest aperture, F1.8, the left AF is not as good.

Does my D800 have focus problem?
