RX100's RAW Sizes can it be adjusted?

Raw files are always going to be the size of the camera sensor.

20mp is just ridiculous. I dont even use 21mp on my 5dII except for wedding group shots.

So you don't really need to shoot in Raw.

Save it for your more precious captures only, when you suppose they could make really great photos. For the rest, common shots, use JPGs if you don't want to fill your hard disk up much sooner than expected and a heavy clean up process will be needed.

Archive Files are useful only if you can get them back, so keep your personal gallery as clean (no trash in it) and organized as possible.
