G1X minimum focus distance with 58mm 250D close up lens ??

Are any of you guys using the 58 mm 250D closeup lens on the G1X ? If so, how close to the subject can you get or do you need to be ?

I know our friend Marco Nero makes some spectacularly gorgeous pictures with his, and maybe he will stumble on my question. But maybe someone else here has been using it ??
