OM-D using OM-1 lenses, adapter? & going from 5Dc to OM-D - thoughts?

Hi All - I'm 100% new to this idea of a OM-D. Currently using a Canon 5Dc (mkI) and loving the images out of it but finding I don't use it much mainly due to size. I believe I can sell it (5Dc, 24-105L and Canon 50mm 1.4, anyone want to trade?) for enough to get a nice OM-D setup. Any thoughts on this?

Also - I have an OM-1 in my closet gathering dust. On it is a Zuicko 50mm f1.8 and I also have a Vivitar Series 1 70-200 f3.5 Macro. Would either of these lenses work with the new OM-D? I assume I need an adapter - can someone clue me into which adapter I'd need?
