My PP workflow, is it time to move on?

When it comes to post processing, I consider myself a simpleton.

I shoot raw with a Canon 7D. I view the raw files using DPP, and make adjustments to exposure, contrast, shadow, highlights, and sharpness (all using DPP's sliders).
Then convert to jpeg, and that's all.

I'm pretty satisified with the finished product, but I wonder if my photos might be better if I advanced my pp skills. Am I missing out by not using LR or PSE (or CS6)?
