Is it possible to create a photograph that relates to Group f/64, but not having any idea of who the photographer is that you're trying to emulate?

For example, if I want to emulate an Ancient Egypt drawing, can't I lookup some images on the net and emulate them without knowing if the artist is Ramses or Cleopetra?

The host also stated "You must include the name of the photographer whose work inspired your photograph".

What if the entrant's photograph was not inspired by any of the photographer? I mean what if all the entrant want to do is enter the darn challenge and see how well you did? Do you prefer the entrant to make up some answer for the sake of answering?

I think that would be contra the description of the Challenge . . .

"Your challenge is to create a photograph that relates to Group f/64. Black & White only. Include the name of the photographer whose work you are emulating"

if it was none of the above it wouldn't relate to the f64 group . . .

Perhaps leaving a blank means, 'None of the Above'.

What is the point of writing rules and then not enforcing them . . .

I counted 18 . . .
