New X Pro 1 First mistake

I'm sure many of us with film backgrounds could share tales of large unexposed parts of film cassettes... It got to be a habit for me—as soon as I mounted a lens, the cap came off.

I'm sure you'll have more discoveries about the system. It's both a joy and a frustration at times. The learning curve is not too bad though, and the IQ and involvement level (which is, granted, a totally subjective quality) are worth the efforts, IMHO. Enjoy!!
