Sony Service Center - Laredo, Texas

Since I was unable to get my NEX 7 to work in Panorama mode today, it has now been sent into a Sony Service Center in Laredo, Texas. Does anyone have any experience with Sony Service? I hope to get it back in a reasonable amount of time as I need it for an overseas trip beginning August 11.

Just want to feel comfortable with this. I sent it Fed Exp overnight delivery. Should have it by tomorrow.
