MFT - Is rumor of 35mm equivalent f1.4 from Pana true?

A few days ago, I read a post that there's rumored to be a f1.4 Panasonic 17 or 18mm lens coming that would be equivalent to a 35mm focal length in full frame parlance. I can't find that post any more.

Can anyone confirm if this is true? That would become my most used lens.
