external monitor for 5D

My neck no longer allows me to get down on the ground and use a viewfinder to do macro flower photography. The Live View screen is too small for me to easily focus and also requires to much neck straining. So I am looking for a five inch or larger external monitor that attaches easily, is not too heavy, twists and rotates, and has great resolution. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
